The Customer Zone forums and downloads sections are now closed. Please use our Community to make forum posts and to access downloads. The equivalent of the old support forum in the Customer Zone is the Q-Pulse Advice and Discussion forum. There is also a separate Suggestions/Feature Request forum for you to put forward ideas and discuss other peoples suggestions. You will need to enter your G-Number and Key Number into your user profile to gain access to these forums.The rest of the Customer Zone will be closing in the coming weeks. Other resources, such as the knowledgebase and FAQs will be moved when the Customer Zone is closed
Support calls should continue to be made by email or telephone – the forums are for sharing advice and knowledge with other users and making suggestions and feature requests.
