Professional Services Consultants (Staff Positions)

Gael Quality is actively recruiting Professional Service Consultants to operate from their base in East Kilbride and join their expanding team.

Gael Quality develop Q-Pulse, the market leading Compliance Management solution that helps organisations and companies manage ISO 9001, CPA, JAR-OPS, HACCP, ISO 27001, and SabOx, effectively and efficiently. Our customers are from multiple industry sectors in both the public and private arenas and range from Manufacturing to service based companies associated with Oil & Gas, Aviation, Healthcare, Food & Drink, IT & Corporate Governance and many more.

The Role

The role of Professional Services Consultant is customer facing and vitally important and it will prove to be both demanding and challenging. After all, the person who accepts the role will hold ultimate responsibility for ensuring that our client companies are delighted with the outcomes of their investment in our products and services.

Working closely with our Account Management team and our client companies, your prime objective is to truly investigate and understand what our customers are hoping to achieve. This will be attained by following a clear structure and utilising Gael’s proprietary techniques and products, Intellectual Harvesting & MindGenius, to explore the client’s current situation, desired objectives and the constraints that need to be considered. From this review, realistic targets will be set, in conjunction with the client, to deliver improvements in performance. You will then be responsible for determining the service offerings and Q-Pulse configuration changes required to reach the set targets.

The second phase will involve assisting with the required Q-Pulse configuration changes. After this, you will then be involved in appropriate Administration and End User training.

The final phase will be the on-going review of customer performance against targets and working together with the client to produce an Action plan to overcome any obstacles.

The Person

- You must be an accomplished communicator and comfortable dealing with a diverse   range of people: from members of the board to the newest member of staff on the   shop floor.

- To ensure that clients receive the returns expected from both their financial and non-  financial investment in Q-Pulse, and its associated services, you must be capable   and prepared to probe and question, even when clients don’t want to open up.

- You must have practical experience of Compliance Management and have worked   with one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, JAR-OPS, CPA, HACCP, ISO   27001, Sab-Ox, or Environmental.

- You must be prepared to deliver services out with commuting distance from the   office / home on a regular basis for as many as 3 days per week.

- You must be comfortable with technology whilst safe in the knowledge that you have   a highly experienced and talented team at your disposal back at base to help   overcome any really tough situations.

- You must have a positive outlook and an inherent willingness to help our clients get   the most out of their investment in our products and services.

The Rewards

Gael is a highly ambitious organisation and in a period of sustained growth. Opportunities for progression are always available to those who have the ambition to succeed. You will receive a highly competitive salary, contributory pension contribution and private healthcare cover along with 27 days annual leave + 5 days statutory per annum.

We are looking for someone who will thrive on the challenges and many opportunities available to them at Gael. For the right person, we are offering the chance to build a great career.
