Error 1607: Unable to install installshield Scripting Runtime.

This error can occur if the system detects that the Windows Installer is in use, you can confirm this through “CTRL+ALT+DEL” then select Task Manager/Processes.

Restarting the PC should stop this process, alternatively you can highlight the MSIEXEC through Task Manager and stop the process, once stopped re-run the MindGenius installation.
