Host not available when I attempt to register MindGenius v1 on-line
Ensure you have an active internet connection during the registration process.
If problem persists, it is possible, you or your organisation has a ‘Firewall’ in place. Please perform the following:
Please run through the registration wizard again on the product splash screen and enter the details (Licence No. YG10TM-XXXX, Security Code: XXXXXXXX) where appropriate. On the Method of Registration screen, select Manual, click Next and select Next again.
On the Phone details screen 3 numbers will be available (Licence Number, Security code and your UserID)
Note these 3 numbers, select Next and remain on the unlock screen that now appears.
Now visit our Activate Product page in the support section of our web site. Follow the instructions and enter the 3 numbers detailed from step 2. On completion of instructions an unlock code will be issued. Enter this in the unlock screen of the product registration wizard to complete the registration.
