How do I check my Printer Driver Version?

Click Windows Start > Settings > Printers.

Right-click over the and select Properties.

Navigate through the tabs for an About button or a graphical banner with the company logo (E.g Hewlett Packard, Epson).

The About section should give the driver version(or double-clicking on the company banner/logo). Compare this version number with the latest driver number on the appropriate printer manufacturer's web site and update if required, following printer manufacturer's instructions.
