How do I activate MindGenius?
You can activate the trial version of the product using your licence and security code provided. When you access the MindGenius splash screen (the one showing the days remaining on your evaluation), select 'Activate' product. Select the 'Automatic' activation method and follow the instructions.
If you have a firewall in place you will be unable to use the automated activation process, if this is the case please follow the steps below to re-register:
You can obtain your Unlock Code via our website, www.mindgenius.com.
1. When you access the MindGenius splash screen (the one showing the days remaining on your evaluation), select 'Activate' product.
2. Select the 'Manual' Activation Method.
3. Access our website @ www.mindgenius.com. On entering the website, select 'Support' > 'Activate Product'.
4. Enter the Product Licence Number, Product Security Code and User ID and select "Retrieve Unlock Code".
5. Return to the MindGenius activation screen and enter the Unlock Code.
6. Select 'Activate'. MindGenius should now be fully activated.
